This week was a pretty good week filled with lots of family favorites. One surprise is everything actually went according to plan, which almost never happens. Although I did forget that I was going to start including our Agua Frescas in the pics. (Oops!) I'll be sure to start including them next week. As always I've included recipe links where applicable, but if you see a recipe you like that I haven't posted yet let me know in the comments below.

Sunday
Pollo Rostizado (take-out)
Sundays are my unofficial day off in the cocina, so we usually order take out. And of course, I always forget to snap a pic of our meal.
Monday
Pork Chile Colorado
I try to include at least one traditional Mexican dish every week for my suegro (father-in-law).
Tuesday
Pollo a la Plancha
Papas Sancochadas (pan-fried potatoes)
Chopped Salad
Hubby surprised us all this week by not requesting his usual BBQ Ribs or Potato Tacos Dorados.
Wednesday
Sloppy Jose's
Ashley and Nick both chose Sloppy Jose's.
