We did your Enchiladas de Acelga (you posted that once, right?) once and today MIL nt over some acelga - I immediately thought of those yummy swiss chard creations! Was thinking of doing them this friday.
ReplyDeleteI reaally really adore Rajas con crema (with all my heart) but I aent dairy free about a month ago. Oh, la lombriz de la crema! I have the biggest antojo for that right now too! :(
Thanks for the response Leslie! I posted this to my fb page and raved about your site as well. Every recipe I try turna out fab!
ReplyDeleteThis one turned out just as beautifully! My 4 year old ate 2 legs and a thigh and was LITERALLY licking the sauce off the plate. Ahe kept saying "thank you mami, for making me such yummy food!" (She kills me with her "thank yous" ) . Will freeze the leftovers per your advice, it will be a quick dinner waiting for us in the freezer for a lazy day.
Thanks again! Hope your week goes well!

Great recipe Leslie. I made this last week for an Mexican themed food and wine pairing event I'm participating in next week. My wife and I loved it. Look for a link back!
