Crema de Tequila
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (10 oz.) evaporated milk or 1 cup heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cups tequila
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture in to cute glass bottles or jars; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Shake Crema de Tequila before serving. Serve on the rocks or add a splash to hot or Iced Coffee Agua Fresca. Enjoy!
Yields 4-1/2 cups
